Must do Rules:
1. 95% of food must be Healthy Choice or similar frozen health product, or prepared canned/packaged/fresh with calorie count on package.
2. No food used unless it is marked with calorie count.
3. Must count calories. Must know calorie values and portion control. .
4. No restaurants unless you know calorie count for what you plan to eat and know portion size before you go .ie one mouthful = one ounce; one potato = 100 calories.(More or less)

1.Order foods on-line (Safeway good!). Best selection of Diet Frozen foods. Easy to control binge thinking walking down aisle. Not that much more expensive.
2.Consider food a necessary choir. Your not on a diet to be a Gourmet, you are on a diet to lose weight. Stay full, but don't live for food. Gourmet meals are for those who don't need to loose weight. Eat to survive, not to savor. That life is gone.

About / History

Tried many diets, only Weight Watchers worked, but took too much effort.. This is a no brainer. Just count calories and don't exceed your limit. This diet is a basic eat to stay alive method of eating. It is not gourmet cooking or eating. It requires a change of way of thinking. If you want (and you will) go to a fine restaurant for fine dining. Just remember to count calories. Remember, one mouthful is about one ounce. Other items are easy. Just takes practice. It is a new way of life and the pounds will come off.
