Just do it diet!

My diet includes, barely any starch. It is almost like the very popular Adkin's diet except with little bread, pasta, and vegetables. I try to eat as little carbs that I possibly can during the day, while staying lower than 1800 calories a day. This will hopefuly set off fat burners in my body telling them that there is no need for fat!!
