 How To Follow Startrekker's Own Diet:

•Drink 2-4 litres of fluids a day, especially good-quality green tea and water, to keep kidneys well-flushed.
•Pre-plan diet at least two days ahead, to make sure you buy the right foods and have them available.
•Do daily food journals rigorously, to avoid over-eating or eating the wrong things by mistake.
•Spread protein consumption evenly across 5 daily meals (3 full meals, 2 snacks), to maximise effective absorption and benefits.
•Exercise for at least one hour six days a week, making sure to include resistance training.
•Visualise yourself on specific target dates or events, at the weight you will be then.

1.Eat 5 x per day (3 full meals, 2 snacks), to maximize effective absorption and to minimize peaks and troughs of blood sugar/insulin.
2.Eat foods that are as fresh and unprocessed as possible, avoiding artificial ingredients and "weight-loss" products wherever possible.
3.Journal food rigorously, to help plan at least two days ahead, make sure you buy the right foods and have them available, to avoid over-eating or eating wrongly.
4.Drink 2-4 litres of fluids a day, especially water, to keep kidneys well-flushed, replace what's lost in workouts, and promote maximum absorption.
5.Exercise for at least 1 hour a day, 6 x a week, preferably in two or more shorter stints and making sure to include resistance training, strength-training and stretching.
6.Last but definitely not least, SLEEP for at least 7-8 hours every night, to give your body and mind time to rest properly, and allow you to do your best each day!
