LMC5238's Vegan Rules for Success

I made the biggest decision of my life, and I don't regret it at all. I am a Vegan. I feel great, and you will too if you make the leap.

This diet is based on one simple principle: Being Vegan. No meat, no dairy, no eggs... it sounds difficult, and it is diffcult. Buying food can be really hard. You have to read labels, prepare most of your meals, and be very aware of everything that is put into your body. This is not a way of living for people who are looking for something simple. But, if you're like me, and you love animals, and you love feeling good about yourself and your diet... AND you don't mind the extra work... This could be the diet for you.

lmc5238's top tips

1.Too much sodium in your diet leads to water retension. Try to keep a low sodium diet, and drink plenty of water to flush excess sodium out of your system.
2.When you have a gain, don't look at it as a negative. Think about it as, "Maybe I gained muscle," or, "Maybe I just retained a little water." Don't let it get you down. Wake up the next day, and keep going! If you never give up you WILL eventually reach your goal.
3.Don't be afraid to cheat a little. You're not dieting. You're changing your life for the better. A plan that allows you a little bit of room to breath is a plan worth sticking to.
