 Summary:

Take your goal weight and multiply it by 10 to find out how many calories you should eat a day. Eat 6 small meals (one about every 2 hours). Count everything cause everything has calories. If you get hungry, eat something just count the calories and dont go over. Any exercise you can stand to do is helpful to losing the weight.
