Kenny H's top tips

1.Never skip breakfast. Oatmeal, whole wheat bread/toast fruit breakfast bars, etc is a great easy way to start your day! Also starting your day with water is very good aswell.
2.To lose weight you must eat more!!!! Including breakfast, 3-4 proportioned meals. A early evening healthy snack can reduce your cravings for junk food.
3.Plenty of sleep is also very important. Body needs rest and rest promotes weight loss too.
4.If possible, do some early morning cardio/ walking BEFORE ANY FOOD INTAKE!!! Your body has been resting all nite. You have no fuel in your body but fat. That brisk walk or type of cardio will burn NOTHING BUT FAT!!! Fat is fuel to burn. You don't want to put ANY fuel in you to burn when you already have fat/fuel. (this plan is for ppl who desire to lose weight/ burn off fat asap. This isn't a plan for ppl who would do a all-out early morning workout in which case you'll need good fuel for that workout).
5.Drink plenty of water daily. 20oz bottles of water on hand keeps your body flushed! Most times water takes away hunger pains in which you may grab that unhealth snack. Try water instead. Now they have out water enhancers which adds flavor to your water.
