Reset reduces your cravings for carbs. by lowering your own glycemic requriements. 3 shakes a day for 5 days, with fiber and energy bars as snacks, with servings of fruit and vegetables. Then you have 2 shakes a day with a low glycemic meal added along with what you have already been doing. After you reach your goal you can maintain with with 1 shake a day. This starter pak includes your supplements. It is for the 5 day reset.
