Mo4109's top tips

1.When making the shake, I use ice cubes in the blender with the MonaVie RVL powder and water/skim milk to make it thicker.
2.be sure to carry the snack bars with you in case you get really hungry and you're tempted to stop for fast food
3.Eat about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours and you wont be too hungry and want to eat anything that isnt nailed down
4.drink plenty of water
5.eat a 500- 600 calorie dinner
6.8 am shake for breakfast, 10:30am half a snack bar and dietary supplement,1:00 pm shake for lunch, 3:30pm half a snack bar and dietary supplement,6:00 pm healthy 500-600 calorie dinner. drink lots of water. Its that easy!
