Valeo Diet


 Summary:

Vegetarian, however following the tenets of the Paleo Diet. :) I started eating Paleo in January. My first month was, well, difficult. My energy level was nil. It was rough. Now, due to my spiritual beliefs, I desire to stop eating meat (& fish). So...here goes!!!
