I am taking bits and pieces of what i have learned that work for me. I LOVE to eat and could eat all day. No Joke. I am adding exercise and low cal foods and snacks. Mixed with whole grains and fresh fruit. Small bouts of exercise, of course.

 How To Follow leaann431's own diet:

Day by day: Exercise 30-60 min. 10 squats each time you go to the bathrm. leg raises while brushing your teeth. Crunches during nighttime tv. We can do it! Eat Plan your meals and eat every 3-4 hours, til 6 or 7 pm.

I work nights, so I find my self snacking day and nights. i need to loose 21# I have held onto this wt for the past 16 yrs. Thats how old my son is. I am 36 and have a very sedentary life style. I am inspired by "i want 2 look like a Hschool chearleader" ...

1.You have to loose more than you take in on a daily basis.
2.No eating after 6pm. Not even cherrios.
3.Eliminate candy and snack foods from your house.
4.Whole wheat is your friend.
