Annie Laurie's top tips

1.If it's white, don't eat or drink it!
2.No beans of any kind, yes that means no tofu either.
3.No alcohol of any kind.
4.No Carbonated drinks, not even diet drinks. If it whoosches when you open it, Don't drink it.
5.Must be faithful for two weeks before you see any great weight loss. Your metabolism has to adjust.
6.Excercise just makes you hungry. So keep that in mind. I would not excercise for at least two weeks.

Other diets cut out fat, but fat is what makes food taste good.
Other diets cut calories, but we need calories to survive.
Other diets cut carbs, but carbs give us energy.
Other diets promote excercise, but excercise just makes you hungry.
If your cutting calories, fat and carbs, you have no strength to excercise.
I believe that if your a wife and mother, you already get plenty of excercise. More than needed if you have a toddler.
