Atkins program with exercise - follow carefully. Get enough fiber too with low carb vegetables and also lemon juice to help keep the blood alkaline instead of acidic... also add brown grains and brown rice after weight goal is reached in small amounts to maintain weight loss. Get Atkins book to follow diet properly...

About / History

success in past with ability to maintain weight loss of 40 pounds after doing Atkins about 7 years ago, but unable to lose more weight on other diets - only able to maintain weight with low intake of sugars. Hard to follow but I don't feel deprived as if I'm starving and I'm less hungry... After 10 days this time energy level way up!!!!!
