FitSmartz's Successful Diet Tips

 Summary:

My diet plan is based on years of successful experience. I know, if applied properly, I can lose weight at will.

It is disigned to keep your metabolic rate high, to assimilate foods efficiently and simple to maintain.

I don't weigh foods or spend a lot of time analyzing what I consume. For example, I know what a Smart One's meal has in calories and fat; it's a no-brainer. I eat one apple on my way to work and a couple of Cliff Bars throughout the day if I get an "urge" to eat something.

Practical and simplicity are the keys here!
