Eat Less Exercise More


I have decided to do away with fatty foods like chocolate and sugar. i have now bought sweetners, weight watchers crisp etc. I have been told Honey is a great sugary alternative so i have stocked up on this. I am trying to achieve weight loss and musle tone.
