I now desire to be intentional! Living intentionally encompasses listening and following the Author of Life and His plan.

I am 45 and post-op Gastric-By-Pass surgery. I'm over 500 lbs and have been overweight, or obese my entire life. I want to reach my 60s and my feet. My job has me on the road more often than not, which hasn't been condusive to any weight loss program.

About / History

I recently underwent Gastric By-pass surgery. However, the common sense aspect has always been something that gnawed at me. The rest of the world, for the most part either oversimplifies the weight issue, or places you on a fad diet, that we eventually fall of and it becomes a vicious cycle. Through years of obesity and visits to the dietician, I have come to this conclusion.
