1.my diet must adhere to my taste. preferably Indian diet.
2.beleive in 3 meals a day. One evening snack.
3.I take dinner late
4.Diet can include eggs , mutton , chicken ,beef.
5.I like rice , wheat bread,

About / History

Iam over weight by 7-8 kgs. I have a sitting job. I work out moderately 2-3 times a week. But still not achieve any fat loss.
