Bigloo's top tips diet must adhere to my taste. preferably Indian diet.

4.Diet can include eggs , mutton , chicken ,beef.

About / History

Iam over weight by 7-8 kgs. I have a sitting job. I work out moderately 2-3 times a week. But still not achieve any fat loss.
