Eat Clean by Tosca Reno

It is eating the way nature intended. You eat the foods our bodies evolved to function best on, and that makes you feel – and look – fantastic. When you Eat Clean you eat more often. You will eat lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. These practices keep your blood-sugar levels stable and keep you satisfied. The best part is that if you need to lose weight it will happen almost without you having to try.

How To Follow Eat Clean by Tosca Reno:

Very easily; eat how nature intended. Empty your shelves of un-foods (any packaged foods that have ingredient lists with items you can't pronounce, with sugar or with lists of over 10 ingredients). Make some items (eg. protein bars, granola bars, soups, etc.) Stock your shelves with canned vegetables and fruit, healthy breads and wraps, and healthy nuts and dried fruit. Fill the fridge with items you have cooked/baked from scratch and eggs, greek yogurt, milk, and fruit. Have a bowl of fresh fruit on the table so others are encouraged to grab this as a quick snack!

Mandyss's top tips

1.Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday.
2.Workout, whether it's walking or weight lifting, the more you move the better you will feel!!! A balance of things you like with some you HAVE to do (push-ups, sit-ups) will make it something you can do and will make time to do!
3.No processed foods. If the ingredient list is longer then 5-10 ingredients and if there is any ingredient you can't pronounce then DON'T eat it!! Watch out for sugar (and all the names of sugars).
4.Eat foods as close to as they were grown/harvested/raised.
5.Eat every 2-3 hours. This is how young children eat and how our bodies were designed to function!
6.Enjoy the tastes of foods. As you continue on the sugar-free lifestyle you will be shocked how sweet natural foods taste!
