The only rules to this one is to eat what you like in moderation.
You are allowed to eat whatever you want, you can do what you want to do, but just have a goal at the end of the tunnel.

 How To Follow Eat Like a Kid:

Eat like a kid. If you don't like something, pick it out or don't eat it. You don't have to put yourself through the crap of eating something you hate to be polite, those calories suck the fun out of the whole meal!
If you hate the taste, push it to the side of the plate, or give it to someone else.
I promise, people will understand.

1.Drink lots of liquids.
2.Eat like a child, the calories that you force into you that you don't even like won't help you in the long run. If you're eating trail mix, and you hate the raisins, then act like a child and give them to someone else who likes the raisins. The calories that you are putting into your body are crucial, and having a little extra of something you hate won't help at all.
3.Eat the food, and don't feel guilty. It gets you nowhere.
4.If hunger isn't the problem, then food isn't the answer.
5.Don't follow a "thinspiration". Your body type is unique and beautiful with all of it's own characteristics, and you don't need to look at celebrities and think that your body needs to be like that. The goal for this diet is to be healthier.
6.Have one, small sweet thing every other day or so. Reward yourself.

About / History

This diet is what I do on a regular basis without thinking too much about it. Just drink water, and some other things on the side (Be a double-fisted drinker, like me!), have some fruits and veggies with dinner or lunch, and eat like a child.
