Eat anything you want... just don't exceed your daily caloric limit. Use a calorie counter to ensure that you know where you stand with calories through out the day... budget yourself so you have enough calores for eating Breakfast, 10 AM snack, Lunch, 2:30 snack, Dinner, 8:30 snack.
Determine how many calores your body needs given age and weight (from internet) and daily exercise. Short yourself 1000 calories per day to loose approximately 2 lbs per week.
Don't drink your calories.
