1600 Calorie Diet Plan


I am not a health care professional so before beginning any diet plan please consult with your health care provider first. This is a 1600 Calorie diet in combination with the 10,000 steps a day challenge.This diet plan will require you to drink at least 64oz of H2O daily. Regular trips to the gym throughout the week (3 times or more)will help increase your heart rate along with metabolism and increase your calorie burn. On this diet you should not eat 3 hours before bedtime. It is also recommended to take one dose of Magnesium Citrate to clean out the colon from excessive waste and weight. You must remember to eat and shop healthy using all of the food groups daily with out over consumption.

 How To Follow 1600 Calorie Diet Plan:

Check with your health care provider to see what medications or vitamins they would recommend for you that would safely increase your metabolism. Do not skip meals so your body will not kick into survival mode and start to store fat calories instead of burn the calories off. Make sure you pay attention to how many calories you eat each meal to stay below a total of 1600 at the end of the day. Drink 64oz of more of water. The water will help curve your appetite and keep you hydrated and the added bonus is that there are no calories and you urinate a lot of the water back out. Find out from your doctor what your target heart rate. Go the gym and work out for a good hour about 3 times a week or more. I challenge you to get a pedometer and take the 10,000 steps a day challenge. Review the nutrient guide and try to eat from eat food group in moderation. I am going through a diet program and this is the diet I follow to help me reach my weight goal. As long as you burn more calories than you eat. Eat smarter and healthier along with drinking the 64oz of water and you should start to see a difference within 5-10 days. Try to reach the 10,00 steps a day or more if you can. It is important to increase your physical activity so you can achieve the best results from your calorie burn. Try eating fruits for snacks. There are several other snack foods now on the market that are 100 calories per serving that you could eat as well without adding on the extra calories. Stay positive and stick with it. Good Luck because no one said an exercise challenge would be easy. LOL
