RebelFairy's top tips

1.Meal times should always be respected. No skipping meals allowed!
2.Drink 2 to 3 Liters of water a day - after one week, you won't be able to live without it!
3.Exercise: walk somewhere far,run,jump... It doesn't not matter how you do it, as long as you do it!
4.Be wise: a piece of fruit does more for you than a square of chocolate - even though it might not taste as nice!
5.Be cool: if you control your weight every day, you are stressing yourself out for no reason at all. Be a slave of your wishes, not a slave of your scale.

This diet is based on my own personal experience and understanding of what a good, healthy diet should be. It is a lifestyle and will eventually improve your stamina and decrease your weight in a natural, slow way - because our body does not know fast ways.
