Fit by Morinda


The Fit by Morinda consists of drinking the Reduce product twice a day. The Reduce product absorbs and flushes the fat from your body. Before you workout, you should drink a Rebuild shake to help build muscle. Building muscle helps to reduce fat buildup. Eat at leastone nutritious meal a day, and several nutritious snacks, but do not take in more than 1500 calories.
