How To Follow CesarVC's Low Glycemic Index Diet:

Keep caloric intake down. Eliminate from your diet any of the "NO" items listed. Read all of the food labels and follow your doctor's advice before starting on any weight loss program. It is an inexpensive diet, easy on your wallet, as no eating out is involved, so carry your food items, water, and snacks with you everywhere you go. Eat before hand for your next parties. Follow your diet everyday, as there is no such thing as a free day on any diet! Free days are only for people who want to fail and have no good honest intention to loose weight, no if's no but's, period!
