Simply put, anyone on this diet will subtract the "t". No one has survived the rigorous training schedule or restrictive eating guidelines. I don't mean that they died, they just all quit. To be honest, they probably would have died though if they stuck with it. Who can live on new truck tires? They cost a fortune.

Basically it's like Calvinball. You kinda make up the rules, play a little bit, then change the rules to allow for the hidden 11th base to become the turtle that crawled out in left field--or was that right field? Anyway, pick up a notebook and journal about how crazy and ridiculous of a diet you just read. Then you have to tap your pen/pencil on the pad of paper as you ponder what sort of person would come up with such a ludicrous idea in the first place, let alone actually type it out for the world to see. Go ahead and write down the physical characteristics of this person. Now take the rounded opposite of these characteristics. You've just described yourself at your weight loss goal. Spooky, right?
