Will-Yujin's anti-aging diet


 Summary:

The goal of the diet is the improvement and preservation of health. It has a focus on anti-aging as well. Therefore reduces to approximately 70% of the total caloric content. Besides food, preferably whole grain, use green tea, herbs and grape juice as integral anti-aging factors. Why? To keep my machine as long as possible in perfect condition.

Diet is actually a change in eating habits. It requires a little organization at the beginning but then it becomes very simple to follow. The first few days can be more difficult, but it is also possible to notice the benefits with astonishing rapidity that will help keep the course of the diet. About / History

The diet came after much time devoted to the study of nutrition and healthy living. I had tried to change some things in my diet to improve my health and mood but I had never done something sustainable and lasting. Reading a book titled "The sources of Longevity", I decided to completely change my outlook on food in order to feel a real revolution in my health and physical and mental disposition.
