 How To Follow Marj102981's own diet:

Exercise for 40 to 60 minutes a day, changing it up from time to time. Know how many calories are allowed for your age,hight and weight. Keep track of the calories. Remember some drinks do have calories and do count. Good luck to you. God bless.

1.Write everything you eat down on paper
2.Exercise first thing in the morning. So you don't get too tired later to want to exercise. I find mornings are best for me.
3.Stay motivated even if it a pair of jeans that you want to one day fit.
