Exercise for 40 to 60 minutes a day, changing it up from time to time. Know how many calories are allowed for your age,hight and weight. Keep track of the calories. Remember some drinks do have calories and do count. Good luck to you. God bless.

I am a mom of 3 boys, happily married for 5 years. Trying to lose what I gained during my last pregnancy. I work during the day,but for the most part my husband is my best friend. It helps to be motatvated to stay on track. This is why I am on this site.

1.Write everything you eat down on paper
2.Exercise first thing in the morning. So you don't get too tired later to want to exercise. I find mornings are best for me.
3.Stay motivated even if it a pair of jeans that you want to one day fit.
