The Theravegan Diet

Nutrition is the core of health. "We are what we eat" is a true statement. Therefore, it is important to protect the body from obesity, heart-disease, cancer, and diabetes, to name a few. Eating a plant-based diet that includes whole-grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables is the key to this diet. A true Vegan plan, the Theravegan diet, offers a lifelong diet plan that will help you lose weight and reach optimum health.

How To Follow The Theravegan Diet :

It is simple- you can eat all you want, concentrating on variety, of any whole, unrefined plant-based food. You want to avoid anything with a face or a mother which includes all meat, poultry fish and eggs. You also want to avoid dairy products and oils. If you really want to be strict, limit or eliminate nuts and alcohol as well. You can eat all the vegetables, legume, whole-grains, and fruits you want, but watch the breads and pastas if you trying to lose weight. Limit beverages to water, coffee, tea, and no-fat soy milk.
