Calorie Counting & The Beck Diet

With the Beck Diet, you can choose any dietary diet you would like to follow, whether it is Atkins, South Beach, or any other program the suits your fancy.

The Complete Beck Diet for Life can be found at any bookstore, library or on Amazon. (I prefer Amazon, you can get a new copy for $8).

This "diet" isn't really a diet. The book teaches you skills through cognative therapy to eliminate self-sabotage and teaches you how to stay on track.

The book is structured in 5 stages.

I picked up this book off of a recommendation from Jen, a blogger for She has lost a tremendous amount of weight, and it is definietly an inspiration.
