If you stick to the 1200 calorie per day limit, it's a cinch not exceed 12 grams of fat per meal.
Do NOT skip the gym! Get an iPod and work the stress off of your day. You must excercise to see faster results.
I am having no problems whatsoever. I think you have to eat a serious amount of fat in one sitting to experience bad side effects from Alli.
This diet is effective without Alli as well. It worked for me a few years ago. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in about four months. I just have no willpower anymore, so Alli is providing a powerful reminder not to fall off.
Take a multivitamin before bed every night. That is in the Alli instruction book.
Limit alcohol intake, as it changes the way your body metabolizes fat.
About / History
I first did this diet three years ago when I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in about four months. I did it without Alli, and instead took salmon oil pills. I lost all the weight, but I gained it back due to splurging run amok and as you get older, it's harder to lose. I am now introducing Alli to this regimen to ensure that the weight comes off while I psych myself up to change my eating habits for life.
