 How To Follow Jordan's own thing:

I like to eat pre-packaged meals that are portion controled. Especially good for lunch. Lean Quzine 3 meat deep dish pizza with Red Hot or brick oven pizzas. Lean Pockets, Bowl Appetit (3 cheese rigatoni), Smart Ones deserts, sugar free fudge cycles, fuits, vegtables, salads, 100 Calorie snack packs, chicken, water. I don't worry about fat, sodium and carbs. Lot's of people disagree with this but I've found that counting calories and excercise works just fine for me.

About / History

Weight Loss is defined by: calories burned must exceed caloric intake. This diet has worked for me many times in the past. I am a long time yo-yo dieter. My all time high was 280 low was 130. I need to stick with it as a lifestyle change and not give up.
