1.Make a commitment to eat vegan only before 6pm. After 6pm eat in moderation anything you would like.
2.The more moderate your eating after 6pm, the quicker you will lose weight if that is your goal.
3.Continue eating this way for a healthy eating lifestyle, not just to lose weight.

Just discovered this diet this week (5/1/13)and am loving it! No food groups eliminated, just the time of day that you can eat them.
