Kallau's top tips

1.Eat whole foods in their natural state as often as possible.
2.Keep your blood sugars level by eating small quantities often. I always have something with me like an apple, nuts, carrots, or hard boiled eggs.
3.Drink plenty of water. Always have your stainless water bottle with you. I have an 8 cup carafe on my desk and fill it with boiling water in the morning, drink it all day long and don't go home until it's all gone.
4.Limit alcohol. Alcohol is really hard on my body.
5.Eliminate 'white death' ingredients; agave instead of white sugar, brown rice instead of white, sprouted grain breads instead of white bread, quinoa instead of pasta.
6.Eliminate caffeine.

I have always been a very healthy eater and I wanted/needed to take it to the next level. Both these programs just make sense and are easy to live by.
