This is a diet based on a John Hopkins study which showed that walking combined with a low-carb diet burned 29% more fat than walking combined with a low-fat diet. This is because walking causes your body to burn carbs and fat. If your diet is low-carb, there are less carbs to burn, so your body has to burn more fat for energy.
Following this diet will help you drop the weight quickly, increase your energy, and tone your body!

 How To Follow low-carb and walking!:

The main goal is to eat no more than 70g of carbs and 1600 calories per day. Eat plenty of lean meats, veggies (except starchy vegetables) and fruits. You can have low-carb grains, but limited (make sure the carbs are justified by healthy fiber.) Drink plenty of water and avoid sodas. Low-calorie extras like herbs, spices, and sweeteners are allowed in moderation.
Exercise consists of 20-30 minutes of daily walking followed by 15-20 minutes of toning exercises. It's best to exercise every day if possible. You can split up your walking as long as you get 20-30 minutes total. You can increase your walking and toning as you go.

3.Try to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.
4.Avoid processed foods, try to eat fresh meats, fruits and veggies.
