Works for me. I enjoy what I eat so I know I'll stick with it. It's very helpful to have this Droid app to keep track of my calories.
One of the first things I did was to calculate how many calories per day I was taking in by drinking regular pop. Even just 3 cans per day=450 calories, which is another small meal. I switched to diet.
Common sense. Read the calories on everything. Minimize really bad things like french fries, Pecan pie, cheese cake, anything from 'Sonic', etc
