No sugar EVER. 10-15 net carbs from veggies, the other 5 are from miscellenous allowed foods. Follow this for AT LEAST 2 weeks.
Read & follow the Atkins method for induction, phase 2, 3 & 4 with the exception of substituting bad fats for good (see about history for meaning).

About 1 year ago. After doing the Atkins diet but having higher levels in my cholesterol than I wanted to. I decided to substitute the high fat from meats with lean meats & adding good fats such as olive oil & coconut oil.
