How To Follow The Sheridan Diet:

The core principles are to eat food that is uncooked if at all possible. The other principle is to cut out meat, diary, carbs, sugar, caffeine, etc. from your diet. Lunch should be a salad and a piece of fruth, and dinner can be a large salad with vegie ground beef tacos. This is an example of the ideal food intake.
