This is a back to basics gastric reboot diet.
1st week Protein shakes - 1800 - 1500 calories and in between 65 and 75 grams protein.
2nd week add reduce protein shake intake to accommodate full strength V8 drinks (2) 8 oz glasses, reduce calories to 1600 - 1350 calories, try to maintain protein levels.
3rd week add (2) 1 cup servings of chilli and reduce V8 drinks to 1/2 V8 and 1/2 water. Reduce protein shakes to maintain calories. Keep calories the same and protein.
4th week add 2 snacks that is cheese and crackers, nuts or trail mix 1/4 cup or fruit cup. Again reduce protein shakes to accommodate calories.
5th week you can now start substituting other forms of balanced protein and veggies, such as a salad with tuna. Hold lower calories and protein though.

All of these weekly eating sets can be expanded to a 2 week period except for the first week.
