This diet is just what I am doing... I'm pretty sure someone else has written books that say quite a bit of the same stuff, but it's totally different from my diet... anyone who says differently has stolen my diet information...

It's ok to be full of it... as long as you're not full of food.

millerwc's top tips

1.The point is to cut out calories and level out fat and carbs. Lower calories usually means you are lowering the other two.
2.If you are following Tip 1 then your body should start burning the calories associated with carbs first and then after running out of those move on to fat stores.
3.My diet is about gradually lowering the RDI till you are around 1000-1500 under your daily. No jumping the gun and starving yourself the first day... just moving into it over time.
4.Last but not least... treat yourself occasionally. If anything if you saw the twinkie diet then you understand that you can lose weight eating almost anything... the main point is to maintain willpower while you do it and stay under your calorie intake for the day.
5.The answer is 42... oh and always know where your towel is.
6.Oh yea... Vitamins are for those who aren't getting everything they need from what they eat in a day. They can help when you're not eating what you're supposed to, otherwise they're a waste of time and money.
