Gerdik's - Modified Block Diet


The intent for this diet is to identify and simplify the proportion of nutrients being taken in. A block consists of either 7g of protein, 9g of carbs, or 1.5g of fat. By splitting the meals up into blocks, a maintained ratio of 40% carbs / 30% fat / 30% protein is reached.

Based on individual needs you can split blocks up that best suits you ranging from 10-25 blocks for each nutrient daily over 5 meals.

Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc
