txkitty's top tips

.Every bite counts.
.Try to consume 5 servings of fruit and veggies, 2 hours of screen time, 1 hour of exersize,0 sweetend drinks
.Try to challenge yourself because you dont know what you can do till you try.
.Dont get discouraged- a pound a week can really add up.
.Dont starve yourself follow the guide lines given to etablish how many calories to consume and really try to saty within that range (a day or two over or under is fine just dont stay on one end of the range too long).
.This is a life time change not a crash diet you need to have a really long term persective with this diet.
