This is the DETOX Phase (2-4 weeks)
***Hot lemon water with breakfast-juice of half a lemon to 8 ounces of hot water. Promotes intestinal contractions that speed toxin elimination, and stimulates gastric nerves for the most efficient detox.
***Sip cran-water all day-mix 8 ounces of unsweetened cranberry juice to 56 ounces of water. Stimulates the release of trapped fat, so it can be released.
***Start and end your day with a Fat-flushing cocktail-upon rising and right before bed, drink 8 ounces of cran-water with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed mixed in. Nourishes the liver and lymph system so they can metabolize fat-soluble toxins and excess body fat.
Don't forget the food...
***Eat 3 daily meals featuring a total of 8 ounces lean meat and/or soy, 2 eggs, and at least 3 cups of vegetables. Enjoy 2 snacks of fruit per day.
