1.Drink daily 1/2 to 1 ounce of water for every pound of your desired weight.
2.Exercise and water are key. Excercise at least 20 minutes a day to begin with. Recommend wearing a pedmeter and walking 10,000 steps a day.
3.Journal food, water and exercise to avoid "amnesia".
4.A minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep is critical for good health and healthy weight loss.
5.Don't weigh yourself daily--keep a weekly record of your weight.
