How To Follow Low Carb Diet Plan:

Easy, monitor what you eat and only eat healthy stuff. I choose lots of fresh veggies, and fruits. I choose the ones that are on the lower end of the scale so I can have larger portions. (I hate being hungry!)

I cook all of my meals, and I completely avoid processed stuff (but not always). Just remember, count the calories and be creative!

ellehuny's top tips

1.If you are hungry eat smart! Stay on track by eating four small meals instead of two big ones.
2.My sugar free soy milk smoothie is a great way to stay on track.
3.STAY AWAY FROM FRAPACHINOS!! 700 calories are you serious?
4.Eat out only once every two weeks. If you eat out a lot, you will gain weight and take in empty calories. (Makes you feel yucky!)
5.Diet with a friend, it really makes a difference.
6.Stay positive! Don't beat yourself up when you make a boo-boo!

About / History

I used to weigh 230 pounds. I had a gastric bypass done and the weight didn't totally come off. Bummer huh? Anyway, my weight started going up and I decided to do something about it. I read all about dieting and decided that there is no magic pill, no magic diet, nothing. Its a simple of matter of calories in vs. calories burned... so simple. So that is what I have done! Ive been dieting for 2 weeks and I have lost 8 pounds!
