Fiber is great and doesn't count towards your daily carb totals. Eat your veggies!
Remember, fat makes food taste good, helps your body absorb vitamins, and keeps you feeling full longer. :)
A good macro-nutrient ratio to aim for is 65% calories from fat, 30% from protein and 5% from carbs. If you eat the same amount, by weight, of fat as you do protein it'll come out pretty close to 65% and 30%.
