1.Drink lots of water at least 8 cups a day
2.Minimize your intake of sugar and processed foods
3.Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
4.Make sure not to skip a meal
5.Exercise regularly even if all u do is walk for 30 minutes a day
6.Avoid saturated fats - but use some olive oil and other natural sources of need fat
