Drink lots of water at least 8 cups a day
2.
Minimize your intake of sugar and processed foods

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
4.
Make sure not to skip a meal
5.
Exercise regularly even if all u do is walk for 30 minutes a day

Avoid saturated fats - but use some olive oil and other natural sources of need fat
