6 weeks to OMG Blaze

"The diet that's changing diets" - Metro

"Six Weeks To OMG is quickly becoming one of the top slimming books on the market" - Daily Mail

A note from Venice A Fulton

Six Weeks To OMG isn't just a diet book. Please make sure you're over 16.

True or false?

• skipping breakfast can be healthy
• certain fruits instantly block fat loss
• small frequent meals are damaging
• cellulite can be massively reduced in all
• juices and smoothies cause overeating
• exercise is more than just how much and how hard
• broccoli carbs can be worse than those from Coke

They're all true.

Based on a plan originally designed for A-list clients, Six Weeks To OMG is a once private system that uses a precise mix of nutrition, biochemistry, genetics and psychology, and shapes them into a results producing solution.

Quick fixes don't work, but quick improvements are still possible. No one is born fat or destined to have cellulite forever, yet some gradually believe the opposite. And if you think you've failed on a diet before, think again - the diet failed.

Anyone with the correct information - and that means anyone - can get skinny

To lose fat and keep it lost, it's never enough to just "go on a diet" - you must know how stuff works. Written in a clear, hype-free style, Six Weeks To OMG combines 10 years of red carpet success with fresh, exciting and cutting-edge strategies, all of which are:

? suitable for those happy to lose up to 20 pounds of body fat in six weeks
? research backed via PubMed, by now the world's biggest health database
