 Summary:

I must limit carbs and sugar intake to control cravings.
Eating low carb, moderate fat, and adequate protein are what I need to do to maintain this weight.

I am still in the learning phase of maintaining, so I can not give much info to others regarding menus at this time.

About / History

I started in June of 2006 with Atkins, then switched to the Kimkins plan to lose faster. By November when I reached the 160's, I added more fat back(more 72 Atkins style) and continued until April 2006 to reach my 100 pound loss and weight of 129.
