In the 30s teacher (about 75kg), in the 40s IT-Consultant/ without work (up to 97kg), new goal is 71kg, but my dream is 61 (before studying). Nearly no sports last 5-10 years. (Although paying McFit for 4 years.) NEW year NEW goal NEW studio NEW friends ... ...
